My work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with themselves during times of stress, anxiety, burnout, or life transition. In a world that often demands we move faster, our sessions provide a sanctuary to slow down.

With over 10 years of experience in clinical psychology and mindfulness-based therapy, I support clients in finding clarity, emotional balance, and inner stability.
